		<description>Umm...I guess nobody cared about commenting on this issue, but Hawaii has had a constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage (and possibly civil unions/domestic partnerships as well) for over 5 years. They have small benefits like hospital visitation and inheritance rights which were granted because the governor at the time felt horrible about some of the truly vile smear campaigns fundamentalists put on the air which told Hawaiians that gays were going to come molest their kids.
So people, don&#039;t go to Hawaii if you want a marriage recognized. You might be able to go to Wyoming, which does not have a DOMA, although I doubt that will be the case much longer.</description>
