Well, at least this entry is, since I am so damned late in giving him a virtual handshake for getting his Doctor of Philosophy in… in… heck, I suppose Political Science. I’ve been trying to weed through his dissertation, but as with most academic papers that are not in my field, I usually zip through and just read the findings. It’s not like I’ll be in a position for peer review anytime soon.
