Thick skulls

I congratulate Radley Balko for the big effort and the clear, simple, and easy to understand words with which he wrote his FOX News column regarding outsourcing myths. Considering the negative e-mail he’s been getting, I suppose he’s touched a nerve, but I am increasingly convinced that writing about the merits of free trade are useless when talking to someone who has lost his job because of it.

Free trade is such a good idea until you get hit by it, eh?

There’s some saying, I can’t remember it exactly, but it goes something like: “You know you’re doing a good job based on the amount of senseless criticism that you get”
