I’m twenty-four!

Surprise, surprise, I made it to my twenty-fourth birthday. I have been mulling over a few things in the past days of silence that I (and my blog) have taken. I can’t really announce anything about how the written content of the blog will change, or if it will even change, starting today.

What I am going to announce is that new project that I hinted about previously. It’s a new commitment of sorts, and like any other art, or craft, discipline, regularity, and prolific output usually bring about better results as time goes by. My new project for this year will be a daily photo: just one picture, out of the ones that I have taken that day. No old pictures either; these will be daily, market-fresh pictures. One picture, each day, for the twenty-fourth year of my life.

It isn’t going to be as easy as y’all think. Mobility is not one of my assets, but I will stick to this commitment. I think it’s easy enough, and at the same time challenging enough, for it to be exciting on a daily basis. So, wish me luck dear friends, and I hope y’all find it a good thing.

(First photo will come in later; by the way thanks to Jane for the interest she has shown.)

Happy Belated! It is hard to remember when I was that age. 14 years from now you’ll have a hard time remembering too, if you LIVE RIGHT!!!! If you live wrong, you’ll remember EVERYTHING!

Praise be to the goddess–I’m no longer twice your age. However, the Major is now twice your age (hehehe).

Hope your birthday was a happy one!

    What’s going on out there?
My blog reading (blurfing as Lisa calls it) has really taken a nose dive lately. I’ve finished the invitation website and the house is in order. That means it’s time to sit down and see what my favorite reads have been writing. Should be interesting …
