The juror from hell

Justin Falconer, a juror in the Peterson case, has been removed from his duty by the sitting judge. I have not paid much attention to this circus of a case, but I will admit, watching his antics in front of the camera on FOX News, that this is one juror that brings the system to shame.

Fortunately, if he ever does land that book deal he was drooling over on national news, I doubt he’ll have enough material for nine hundred and fifty-seven pages. In fact, I think it will be about a two hundred blank pages, excellent for taking down notes. At least for those whose minds are not made up about the cases they are deciding on.

One Fine Jay notes that a juror has been kicked off the Scott Peterson trial. The “juror from hell” said he would have voted for acquittal, too. Yikes.
