The Kerry sisters were booed by the audience at the MTV Video Music Awards, where they asked those present to vote for their father, John Kerry.
I have only two possible explanations for such a reception. First, maybe the audience, collectively was so dumb as to think they are the Bush twins, despite any announcements as to their identity. Or, the audience was fed up by being forced to engage in politics by the entertainment industry, the way one would resent paying to go to the concert of a heretofore apolitical entertainer, only to hear them bloviate about voting for someone (anyone). I think there is one other possibility–that the youth vote isn’t as much in Kerry’s pocket as everyone believes. I think it’s entirely possible that the youth vote could trend more conservative than the pundits are predicting.
I’d have to go with the audience being fed up. A Miami night club (which is basically what the VMAs were) is NOT the place to go al psycho getting people to vote.

the bush twins were not getting booed because they are the presidents daughter and will be for FOUR MORE YEARS!!! Bush 2004. Also the Kerry sisters look like Frankenstein’s monster too. They are hidious and make me want to puke. The bush twins, however, are lovely ladies and very pretty.
