Been causing commotion in the comments:
- At Chris Lawrence’s, where his attempt to discuss the regulatory state and groceries was derailed by the Chillmeister himself by talking about, of all things, suspiciously cheap meat that seems definitely blessed by the hands of FDR himself. That and a short complaint about the syntactical confusion by the statement “feeds the family meat for a week.”
- At Doc Joyner’s where I talk about a replacement for “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.”
- At Kevin Aylward’s, where I leave a comment for JTea on a “blogging code of ethics.” Here’s mine: do not knowingly write of that which is untrue.
I’ve been surprising myself with the workouts. No details for now, I still feel like Bridget Jones writing about this.
And today, I assembled my best friend’s new futon frame. I get his old one; and I’m not ashamed to admit to the whole world that I just saved myself ninety bucks, although the rickety thing may not last me as long as most futons would. Still a good deal. A New Deal Futon. Assembling your best friend’s futon gets you comfortable sleep on his rickety one for the next few months. Blessed by the hands of FDR himself, I must add.
