We all know that stealth judicial canididates never do what conservatives want them to do, which is use the SCOTUS to further their political goals just as much as liberals do when they take cases to the court. So all of y’all who are crying foul ‘coz Harriet Miers has got no creds, I guess you just have to campaign against her and all that.
I would have gone for Luttig, Garza, or Owen, maybe even Rodgers-Brown, but I would like to hear how she qualifies herself first before we all cry our eyes dry. I mean, how bad could she be? Could it have been better to get AG-AG instead?
Time will tell, I guess.
